This property received a complete outdoor upgrade featuring custom basalt entryway stairs and a brand-new porcelain tile patio. The natural basalt steps create a durable and inviting entrance that complements the surrounding landscape, while the large-format porcelain tiles provide a clean, modern surface for an outdoor living space and patio .A custom retaining wall was built alongside the patio to support the surrounding grade, define the space and create a polished transition between the patio and landscape. Together, the natural stone, modern porcelain and detailed masonry work create a functional outdoor space designed to look beautiful and stand up to the Sea-to-Sky climate.
